FMEA Assessment Under Heterogeneous Hesitant Fuzzy Preference Relations: Based on Extended Multiplicative Consistency and Group Decision Making

Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a reliability method that all possible failure modes for each product in system of on the system, to classify propose solutions preventative measures. It undeniable traditional FMEA has been widely criticized its simple scoring single algorithm. To improve usability FMEA, hesitation fuzzy preference relation sets (HFPRs) based hesitant have introduced into research because their good fuzziness uncertainty properties. Most existing consistency-based algorithms HFPR processing, however, do not consider coherence deviation reluctant set itself, which includes multiplicative consistency (MC) theory, will result reduced accuracy results from such algorithms, addition supporting group decision-making well heterogeneous environments. At same time, when building consensus, constantly adjusting HFPRs through decision feedback can easily lead conservative or radical by experts. Therefore, an excellent hybrid assessment studied this paper. In approach, extended equation constructed extending applicability MC treatment HFPR, basis, mathematical model with ability deal relations (H-HFPRs) constructed.
